Overseeing all programs and budgets of the departments and agencies.
Directing the goal-setting process for the departments and the Archdiocese.
Administering local involvement in the work of the Michigan Catholic Conference.
Serving as ex-officio member of the Presbyteral Council.
Coordinating and administers clergy services and clergy assignments.
Approving parish budgets and authorizes audits.
